Following a recent trend of talent and companies leaving the UK. The Square aims to be a garden for talent building. Cap quoted Marcus Aurelius - "If you spend your time chasing butterflies, they will fly away. If you build a garden, they will all come."

This panel on renaisance with traditional industries highlighted the need for more things like the Square in the UK. Alan Boyd was very clear that "Tech moves faster than regulation". He then quoted a minister in saying "The UK is becoming the most regulated graveyard."
